Me...againI was born in Thunder Bay Ontario (Port Arthur) in 1957. From a very young age I found myself drawn to R&B on the radio, there was something about the Rhythm and Blues that stirred up emotions deep within my soul. At the age of 17 I picked up my first guitar and within three months I was in a garage band playing Johnny Winters and Led Zeppelin tunes. The bluesy side of Winters and Zeppelin have been a driving force in my playing for the past 30 years. Here's a brief history of my playing...

In the fall of 2004, I attended a blues guitar workshop put on by David Gogo. David Gogo and I finished the class with a jam session using techniques taught during the class. Later that night, I met up with David at the Rainbow Bistro where David Gogo used Larry’s 335 Gibson to jam.

The benefit put on for Ric Denis held in Almonte in October was a great success. After dinner some of the finest local musicians gathered on stage and put on a great show. Tony D kicked off the evening with a high-energy set. Then Barry Buse called me up along with Jeff Hagerman to back up Elyssa Mahoney in a energetic performance. Trevor Finlay shared the stage with the Jose Dechenes band and closed the show.
